Thank you so much to Brett and his team at Shoreline Constructions for an amazing job so well done in transforming our out dated and tired little house to our new beautiful home. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.
We were nervous going into our first full home renovation with a toddler and newborn in tow. We needn’t have worried as Brett and his team were so thorough and efficient in their communication and organisation that it ran so smoothly and alleviated a lot of our concerns.
We were so happy with how the building site was kept so tidy and orderly and we really appreciated it when our elderly neighbours commented on how nice everyone on site was and that they heard no offensive language or behaviour. We always felt very welcomed when we visited the building site and all of our queries, or changes, were handled without fuss. Our 2 young boys were also always welcomed on site and they both still talk about Brett and Jackson and want to be builders when they grow up!
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shoreline Constructions to anyone for any job, and although don’t plan on moving from here anytime soon, do plan on using Shoreline for any further projects we undertake. Our renovation was completed on time, and within our expected budget, and was overall a very enjoyable and rewarding process, with the end result exceeding our expectations. We know this was due to the professionalism of Brett and his team and look forward to doing it again sometime!

I was introduced to Brett Leahy from Shoreline Constructions in early 2015 as a part of the tender panel for the upcoming construction of a new residence at 5 Banksia Avenue Noosa Heads.
As the Designer and ultimate owner of this new residence it was important that the successful Head Contractor worked with IDC Design as part of the cohesive | collaborative team.
Brett impressed me from the start both during the tender process and with his final submission in his attention to detail and his understanding of what IDC
Design was endeavoring to achieve with the project.
Brett’s collaborative and proactive approach continued throughout the project, always posing solutions to situations that
arose during the construction phase.
The result has been outstanding success with an on time completion being 6 months from commencement on site to
